Jasmin Fraser

Lawyer - Corporate/Finance, Climate Change and Biodiversity

Brief info

Jasmin Fraser is a UK-qualified lawyer at the Commonwealth Climate and Law Initiative, where she conducts research and commissions legal opinions on the implications of climate change on corporate and financial law, particularly in relation to directors' and fiduciary duties and corporate governance.

Before joining CCLI, Jasmin was an Associate at international law firm Allen & Overy LLP (now A&O Shearman) in London, where she practised corporate law specialising in climate, regulatory and international trade matters.

Jasmin is particularly interested in the intersection between climate change, biodiversity loss and human rights issues. She has spent time volunteering in Greece providing legal assistance relating to asylum interviews and family reunification. In her spare time, when she's not outdoors in nature, she enjoys expressing her creativity through art.
