The CCLI has partnered with Influence at Work (IAW), a world-leading behavioural science consultancy to undertake research on the role that psychology plays in understanding how boards engage with the subject of climate change in the boardroom.
This tool is designed to be used when approaching an individual, board or business to drive climate change behaviours. It walks users through a series of questions regarding the likely characteristics of the audience, and then provides the behavioural insights that can be used to drive behaviour change.
